Property Insights UK provides access to publicly sourced property data, including sold prices, EPC ratings, area statistics, and related market information. This data is provided for informational and research purposes only.
Nothing on this platform constitutes financial, legal, surveying, or mortgage advice. You should always consult qualified professionals before making any property-related decision.
Datapre8 Ltd is not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. No content on this site should be treated as financial advice.
Accounts and Access
Guests may use certain features of the platform for free, subject to a limit of two free searches. After that, a free account is required to continue.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You must not share your account with others or use another person's account without their permission.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that we reasonably believe are being used in breach of these terms, fraudulently, or in a way that harms the platform or other users.
Pricing — the Platform May Not Remain Free
Access to Property Insights UK is currently provided free of charge for registered users. We do not guarantee that the platform will remain free.
We reserve the right to introduce paid tiers, subscription plans, or charges for certain features at any time. Where we intend to charge for features that were previously free, we will give registered users reasonable advance notice by email before any change takes effect.
You are never obligated to pay. If you do not wish to pay for a feature, you may stop using that feature or close your account.

Property transaction data is sourced from HM Land Registry and other public datasets. This data is subject to its own open licences, including the Open Government Licence v3.0 and Crown copyright. We do not claim ownership over third-party data.
Limitation of Liability
The platform and all data within it are provided "as is" without any warranty of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Datapre8 Ltd shall not be liable for any loss or damage — including financial loss, loss of data, or indirect or consequential loss — arising from your use of or reliance on the platform.
